Job Overview
Intel is embarking on an ambitious IDM 2.0 strategy that includes significant manufacturing expansions and the creation of a foundry to serve internal and external customers. This pivotal role supports Intel Foundry (IF) by designing and integrating the future Supply Planning solution with SAP‑ERP and driving the overall transformation.
Responsibilities- Use Supply Planning and Materials Planning knowledge to implement the FTS SCP for IF.
- Operate in a matrixed environment, building relationships with key interface organizations and senior managers to achieve deliverables.
- Apply a solid understanding of Intel’s strategic and supply‑chain initiatives to drive strategy, analysis, and planning across multiple teams.
- Own specific materials‑planning processes within FTS SCP, designing, standardizing, and improving their efficiency.
- Lead and own the design and decision‑making process within designated processes, collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
- Review and approve Business Process Design Documents, Solution Design Decisions, FIT‑GAP analyses, and RICEFW lists.
- Contribute to data migration approaches, security roles, and change‑impact assessments to safeguard data integrity.
- Collaborate with the project team on sprint planning, ensuring alignment with process goals and timelines.
- Demonstrate leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills across diverse teams.
- Drive process standardization, improvements, and acceleration of transformation initiatives.
- Provide quantitative and qualitative analysis to support project objectives and identify performance gaps.
- Deliver data‑driven insights through advanced visualization to key stakeholders.
- Work directly with project/program managers to implement objectives, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with processes.
- Develop and maintain project/program management infrastructure, including issue tracking, reporting, and dashboards.
- Assist in test‑case development, user‑acceptance testing, and test‑execution support across all SCP domains.
- Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years in Supply Chain Management, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
- 2+ years experiencing ERP transformations.
- 2+ years in business transformation, process improvement, and change management.
- Master’s degree in supply chain management, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of supply‑planning domain, industry‑standard processes, and challenges.
- Hands‑on experience in supply‑planning transformations (e.g., JDA, Blue Yonder, o9, Kinaxis) and SAP‑ERP implementations.
- Demonstrated customer‑focused process development.
