With a focus on delivering more than what is expected, we seek a talented and flexible Senior Business Analyst I who will assist with the discovery and requirements gathering, process analysis and design, and the overall implementation of projects effectively, efficiently, on‑time, and within budget.

Depending on client needs, an engagement period may require a full or part‑time commitment.

• Conducts analysis and design phases of the project
• Performs secondary assessment of client needs
• Strong skills in documenting business and technical requirements
• Conducts client interviews and documents findings
• Assists PM with management, coordination, and support of one or multiple projects
• Maps business and technical processes and performs gap analysis
• Identifies and documents current and future state analysis, business process designs, and recommendation strategies
• Provides input into the development of the project
• Presents status and recommendations to the Project Manager
• Interfaces with clients as directed
• Documents requirements for software enhancements, tests the enhancements, and engages in user acceptance testing
• Communicates user requirements to IT development and delivery teams
• Assists in problem resolution to ensure prompt, efficient service in accordance with project deliverables
• Understands PMO environments to deliver results

• Bachelor's Degree in business, computer science or a related field
• 5 years experience as a Business Analyst
• Valid Driver's License
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) designation from the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA)
• Knowledge and use of MS Office Software: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio
