Senior Manager, Vertical Capability Integration
C.H. Robinson is currently seeking a Senior Manager, Vertical Capability Integration. In this role you will play a critical role in helping our business align customer needs, market opportunities, and enterprise capabilities to drive scalable growth. This highly collaborative position works across commercial, product, technology, operations, and enterprise teams to ensure vertical‑specific strategies translate into practical, repeatable solutions that improve customer outcomes and accelerate business performance.
Based on market insights and customer demands, you will help prioritize capability investments, influence solution development, and drive adoption across the organization.

Any U.S. office.
- Partner across Commercial, Product, Engineering, Operations, and Centers of Excellence teams to align vertical growth strategies with enterprise capabilities and drive cross‑functional execution of key priorities.
- Identify market, customer, and commercial opportunities; assess capability gaps; and translate business needs into scalable solutions, requirements, and enhancement priorities that support growth objectives.
- Serve as a strategic advisor on complex and high‑value opportunities by helping position enterprise solutions that address customer challenges while supporting repeatable business models.
- Collaborate with Product and enterprise teams to support capability enhancements from concept through testing, launch readiness, and adoption across the vertical.
- Analyze customer, competitor, and market trends to identify competitive strengths, risks, and opportunities, and influence solution positioning, targeting strategies, and capability investments.
- Drive adoption of enterprise capabilities and standardized approaches to improve consistency, reduce fragmentation, and maximize business impact across priority customers and pursuits.
- Monitor and communicate progress of capability initiatives, including prioritization, timelines, risks, outcomes, and business impact to vertical and enterprise leadership teams.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in sales, account management, commercial strategy, product management, operations, solution design, capability development, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience partnering with cross‑functional teams across Product, Technology, Operations, Commercial, or Centers of Excellence organizations.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
- Strong ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment in a matrixed environment.
- Experience with in transportation, logistics, supply chain, or a related industry.
- Experience supporting vertical growth strategies, go‑to‑market execution, enterprise product adoption, or capability development initiatives.
- Track record of translating customer, market, or business needs into scalable solutions and capability priorities.
- Experience leading projects and cross‑functional initiatives.

Base pay range: $ – $ (U.S. locations). The range reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for this position. Your individual base pay within this range is determined by work location and other factors. This range does not include additional variable compensation.
