About the Opportunity: We are expanding our regional network and seeking established corporate veterans, senior managers, and executives ready to transition their institutional expertise into an autonomous, independent consulting practice.
TasksPlease Note: This is an independent contractor (1099) partnership opportunity, not a traditional W-2 corporate employee vacancy. We specialize in helping high-level professionals exit the rigid corporate grind and deploy their existing skillsets to build their own independent practices.
Who You Are:
- 10+ years of corporate management, director, or executive-level experience.
- Possess elite skillsets in operations, leadership development, project management, sales lifecycle management, or business strategy.
- Grateful for your past corporate success, but actively seeking true career autonomy, schedule control, and asset ownership.
Compensation & Structure:
- This is a contract/partnership position featuring uncapped,
performance-based revenue potential and revenue-share opportunities
. - Partners operate independently utilizing our established framework, corporate training, and regional business infrastructure.
The Selection Process: Due to the high-level nature of our network, we vet all regional partners carefully. Qualified applicants will be fast-tracked to an exclusive, invitation-only Private Executive Briefing happening locally this month to review the transition framework, meet regional directors, and evaluate the partnership model.
