Responsibilities
- Lead the development, implementation, and oversight of change and communication strategies for transformation initiatives
- Design and implement best practices, governance, and structured processes for capacity planning
- Work closely with key business partners and stakeholders to understand evolving needs
- Develop and lead communication and engagement plans for transformation and change initiatives
- Establish measures of success for change adoption
- Build and maintain cross-functional strategic relationships
- Minimum of eight years’ experience in business transformation, organizational change management, or process improvement
- At least five years in a leadership or specialist capacity
- Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech/B.A./B.Sc.) in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Information Technology, or related field is required
