Chief of Staff
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a manufacturing company in East Phoenix who is in search of a chief of staff to support their executive leadership team. This role is contract to hire, fully onsite, Monday-Friday. The salary is between $90,000-$100,000.
This role is ideal for someone who can anticipate needs, drive initiatives, manage competing priorities, and serve as a trusted partner to executive leadership.
ResponsibilitiesServe as a strategic partner to five members of the executive leadership team.
Coordinate and manage executive priorities, ensuring critical initiatives remain on track.
Lead and support cross-functional projects from planning through execution.
Prepare executive presentations, reports, agendas, meeting materials, and correspondence.
Facilitate communication between executive leadership and internal departments.
Track action items, project timelines, and organizational initiatives to ensure timely completion.
Conduct research, gather data, and provide recommendations to support executive decision-making.
Coordinate executive meetings, leadership retreats, and special projects.
Assist with process improvements and identify opportunities to increase organizational efficiency.
Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
Build strong relationships across all levels of the organization to ensure effective collaboration.
QualificationsBachelor's degree preferred.
5+ years of experience supporting executive leadership in a Chief of Staff, Executive Business Partner, Senior Executive Assistant, or similar strategic support role.
Experience supporting multiple C-Suite executives simultaneously is highly preferred.
Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Outstanding problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
