Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Cutter Aviation is currently searching for energetic and knowledgeable warranty professional. The Warranty Administrator will function as the primary face of Cutter Aviation and must be an exceptional relationship builder with the drive to provide world-class service. The Warranty Administrator prepares and submits warranty claims to aircraft and engine manufacturers for payment. Evaluates and processes parts, cores and rotables for return to vendors.
Works closely with Parts, Service and Avionics departments at multiple facilities and provides information necessary to insure customer service needs are met in a timely manner. Communicates with vendors and manufacturers’ to resolve claims and request authorizations.
- Provide world-class uncompromising service
- File and track all warranty claims, returns and cores
- Review of work orders for accuracy prior to filing claims
- Process warranty parts/core returns to vendors
- Verify all criteria required by vendor or manufacturer prior to submission of claims
- Provide warranty verification, authorization and support for AOG warranty aircraft
- Process vendor and customer credits to Accounts Receivable Department
- Maintain inventory control of cores/returns
This work requires the following physical activities.
- Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Must have High School Diploma or GED
- Prior Background Dealing with Submission of Warranty Claims
- Proficiency with Microsoft Products
Certifications:
- Knowledge and understanding of aircraft/engine components and systems
- Basic accounting knowledge, helpful
- Ability to pass a drug screening test
- Able to pass a background check
- Being pleasant with others on the job and displaying a good‑natured, cooperative attitude
- Being reliable, responsible, and dependable, and fulfilling obligations.
