Franchise Consultant

Responsibilities

• Supports franchisees within a designated territory throughout their franchise lifecycle
• Optimizes revenue by collaborating with franchisees to develop quarterly/annual business plans
• Conducts quarterly store evaluations to ensure compliance with brand standards and operational procedures
• Builds relationships, provides training, coaching, and communication to franchisees to enhance customer experience and drive growth
• Assists with franchise renewals, ownership transfers, relocations, new buildouts, remodels, store placements
• Plans convention style networking meetings to educate, set direction, foster engagement, and share best practices

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Restaurant or Retail Operations, Franchising, Business Consulting, or a related field
• Must have strong organization skills, workload management, and heavy attention to details
• Experience with multi-unit operations - highly preferred/expected
• Understands franchise structures and relationships, franchise products and services, and their impact on corporate profitability
• Demonstrates effective conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
• Maintains and applies a broad understanding of financial management principles
• Exhibits excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing and able to travel as required
