Responsibilities

  • This job is responsible for analyzing the day-to-day issues, researching, and providing resolution for various issues identified within a business unit.
  • Key responsibilities include supporting defined procedures, routine analytics, and creating reports and completing exception processing.
  • Assists with coordination of implementation for products, services, and operational solutions.
  • Supports the design, documentation, implementation, and monitoring of new products and services.
  • Provides guidance regarding procedural, technical, and operational changes.
  • Expands business products knowledge within operations environment.
  • Builds network by developing relationships with partners and teammates.
  • Inspects data to identify issues and trends.
  • Collects and interprets data to validate operational processes.
Requirements
  • A minimum of two years recent experience in a BAC financial center, with particular emphasis on operations management.
  • Must be able to fulfill role requirements without daily managerial oversight.
  • Has the ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.
  • Will follow established processes and guidelines in daily self-directed activities, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Must be able to travel to any financial center within defined market(s); may need to travel to two different financial centers in the course of a single day.
  • Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with strong work ethic, intense focus and attention to detail.
  • Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills; including the ability to communicate effectively with partners regarding areas of opportunity identified.
  • Must be flexible to work weekends and/or extended hours, as needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree or business relevant associate degree such as business management, business administration, or finance.
  • Experience in the following industries:
    Consumer banking/financial services, mortgage, or retail.
