Position
Customer Account Analyst – Phoenix MRO Facility
Location & Work TypePhoenix, AZ – Hybrid (combination of on‑site and off‑site work)
EligibilityU.S. citizenship required. No security clearance required.
SalaryEstimated salary range: $68,900 – $131,100 USD.
Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering timely communication and exceptional service throughout the repair process.
- Manage a high volume of repair orders, overseeing 200+ active orders while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness.
- Coordinate daily with cross‑functional teams (Operations, Planning, Engineering, Quality, Finance) to support customer requirements and delivery commitments.
- Administer commercial and military repair orders from receipt to completion, including entry, quoting, status updates, issue resolution, and invoicing support.
- Review, interpret, and enforce customer contractual requirements to ensure compliance and satisfaction.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks that could affect on‑time delivery, customer commitments, or financial outcomes.
- Investigate warranty claim validity and determine appropriate disposition.
- Prioritize competing demands in a dynamic, deadline‑driven environment.
- Ensure compliance with Global Trade regulations and company policies throughout all customer transactions.
- Utilize business systems and reporting tools to manage order status, customer communications, and performance metrics.
- University degree or equivalent experience; at least 2 years of relevant experience (advanced degree preferred).
- Experience in procurement, buying, or supplier management within aerospace, manufacturing, or other highly regulated industries.
- Proficiency with SAP is preferred.
- Experience supporting Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) operations.
- Government repair contract administration experience.
- Working knowledge of FAR and DFARS.
- Experience with Commercial Asset Visibility (CAV) and Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE).
- Familiarity with military and government customer requirements and contracting processes.
