Drive Strategic Pricing in Aerospace Government Programs as a Senior Pricing Analyst with PDS Tech!

Pay Rate: $48.00 – $60.00/hr (Based on Experience)

We’re seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Pricing Analyst to support government sourcing initiatives in a regulated aerospace environment. In this role, you’ll ensure fair, accurate, and compliant pricing for commercial products and services under FAR Part 15 contracts
, helping drive both compliance and competitive advantage.

What You’ll Do Pricing Analysis & Strategy
  • Conduct market research and detailed price analysis to evaluate supplier pricing
  • Analyze comparable commercial products to establish fair and reasonable pricing benchmarks
  • Support pricing strategies for FAR Part 15 proposals
    , ensuring accuracy and audit readiness
  • Develop well-documented price justifications and analysis packages
Compliance & Regulatory Alignment
  • Apply knowledge of FAR / DFARS regulations in all pricing activities
  • Ensure all pricing submissions meet government compliance standards
  • Maintain documentation to support audits and regulatory reviews
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with:
  • Sales and business development teams
  • Proposal operations
  • Engineering and product line leaders
  • Procurement and subcontracting teams
  • Present pricing recommendations and insights to stakeholders
Problem Solving & Decision Support
  • Apply critical thinking and financial analysis to complex pricing issues
  • Develop creative, strategic pricing solutions
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in pricing, FP&A, finance, accounting, or price analysis
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience with FAR / DFARS regulations
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to develop data-driven pricing strategies
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in aerospace, defense, or government contracting environments
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or data analysis tools
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to balance compliance with business strategy

Pay Details: $48.00 to $60.00 per hour
