Responsibilities
- support the successful delivery of critical global initiatives across AGS Field Service Operations
- drive adoption, readiness, and sustained change
- conduct stakeholder, impact, and risk assessments
- develop and execute integrated change plans
- coach executive sponsors and people managers
- design clear, actionable, and audience-appropriate change communications
- define and track adoption and readiness indicators
- contribute to the evolution of GPA change management standards
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of relevant experience delivering change management for complex, cross-functional initiatives; operational or field-facing environments preferred
- Prosci certification strongly preferred
- demonstrated applied experience with Prosci methodology and ADKAR required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to influence without authority and partner effectively across functions and regions
