As an operations consulting generalist, you will have a broad understanding of various aspects of operations consulting. You will provide comprehensive guidance and support to clients in optimizing operational efficiency and effectiveness. You will analyze client needs, develop operational solutions, and offer recommendations tailored to specific business requirements. You are expected to adapt to working with a variety of clients and team members, take ownership, and consistently deliver quality work that drives value for our clients and success as a team.

• Participate actively in client discussions to refine payment processing solutions
• Build meaningful client connections through engagement
• Adapt to complex situations and embrace learning opportunities
• Uphold professional standards and firm’s code of conduct

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 1 year of experience

• Treasury Professional Certification preferred
• Understanding of global transaction banking and cash management
• Knowledge of money movement capabilities
• Familiarity with global clearing and market infrastructures
• Experience with transaction life cycles of payment products
• Proficiency in financial operations and reconciliation
• Proficiency in data and payment systems interactions
• Ability to manage work streams or small team engagements
