As a Senior Product Manager at Vetcove, you’ll be at the heart of enhancing and scaling the platforms that power veterinary clinics and their pet parents. You will own high‑impact product initiatives end‑to‑end, from defining strategy and roadmap to execution and post‑launch optimization. You will drive cross‑functional alignment, lead complex initiatives, and proactively identify opportunities to improve user experience, operational efficiency, and long‑term platform scalability.

You will monitor product performance and feedback, oversee robust quality assurance processes, and remove roadblocks that impact customer growth and retention. You will work closely with internal team members including account managers, onboarding associates, engineering, data, design, and support. You will also build strong relationships with external stakeholders, including veterinary clinics and pet parents. You will play a critical role in defining product vision, evaluating tradeoffs, and assessing strengths, opportunities, and risks associated with software products and services.

As a Product Manager, you’ll work closely with engineers, onboarding specialists, and support teams to bridge the gap between product and users. Your insights will drive improvements, ensuring our platform evolves to meet the ever‑changing needs of veterinary clinics and pet parents.

• Drive Product Strategy & Roadmap

  Define and own product strategy for key areas of the platform, translating company goals and customer insights into a clear, prioritized roadmap.
• Lead Complex Initiatives
