Position Summary
The Senior Manager, Strategy & Transformation works with various functional leaders and other members of the Business Transformation team to drive execution of strategic initiatives across the organization. The role also provides analytical support to the strategy development process, focusing on performance improvement, project planning and management, financial and operational analyses, corporate strategy development, and change management.
Principal Responsibilities- Support the Business Transformation team and functional owners in identifying, developing, and executing strategic actions, including defining problem statements, soliciting organizational input, structuring approaches, assessing financial and operational impact, and implementing planned goals.
- Develop fact‑based recommendations and present them to senior management to enable critical decisions.
- Work closely with the Company’s functional leaders to find solutions to the Company’s toughest issues and provide internal consulting support for evaluation and implementation across the organization.
- Support critical initiatives requiring analytical and decision support to frame key issues, develop hypotheses, assess risks, conduct analyses, and test potential solutions before mobilizing commitment and designing broader implementation plans.
- Conduct research and analysis supporting the development and ongoing assessment of long‑term strategic options and optimal positioning of the Company.
- Develop materials for quarterly Board meetings, Executive reporting, and other significant corporate, training, or communication events.
- Perform strategic analysis, including industry research, market analysis, competitive intelligence, risk assessment, profitability analysis, and financial modeling.
- Supervise staff as directed and perform other job‑related duties as assigned or apparent.
- Strategy consulting or internal corporate strategy experience preferred.
- Ability to lead change while achieving business goals and objectives.
- Exceptional qualitative and quantitative analysis skills.
- Hands‑on, results‑oriented and pragmatic.
- Creative, flexible, strategic thinker, able to work in a fast‑paced, complex, and dynamic work environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent presentation skills and the ability to adapt to differing audiences.
- Excellent listening skills with a strong ability to build cross‑functional relationships.
Five years of leadership or management experience in a strategy, project management, transformation, or change management environment.
