Responsibilities
  • Maintain awareness of significant deadlines and schedules that impact the VP and staff and proactively plan for them.
  • Manage calendars and schedules for the Vice President and Director of Investor Relations, including coordinating meeting logistics.
  • Coordinate all aspects of complex travel arrangements for domestic and international business travel – booking flights, hotels, local transportation, providing agendas and itineraries, and arranging passport/visa requirements if necessary. Prepare and reconcile travel expense reports.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with senior executives and their assistants, building strong working relationships with the Executive Assistants of the CEO, CFO, General Counsel, and business leaders.
  • Communicate professionally with external customers, including investors, bankers, and shareholders.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports and other documentation as needed.
  • Screen emails, calls, and visitors, and resolve routine and complex inquiries.
  • Manage the Investor Relations email node – respond or redirect inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Become adept in using the Investor Relations client database to prepare meeting materials and log client updates/communications.
  • Understand and fully comply with SEC regulation Fair Disclosure (FD), which limits what can be shared about the company with both external and internal individuals.
  • Participate in and/or lead tactical projects within Treasury or IR, such as earnings call logistics, website organization, investor, analyst, banking and board meeting event requirements, or other large meetings involving internal and external parties.
Qualifications
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • High level of judgment and discretion.
  • Proficiency with a wide range of technology and tools.
  • Advanced PC and MS Office skills (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with collaboration tools such as Zoom, SharePoint, and videoconferencing.
  • Willingness to learn and a proactive approach to managing issues.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi‑task.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, adapt to unexpected events, prioritize, and manage deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and in conjunction with team members.
  • Detail‑oriented, self‑driven, highly motivated individual with positive energy.
Education and Experience
  • Prior experience in providing high‑level administrative support with poise, personality, and initiative.
  • Direct experience in Investor Relations is a plus.
  • Experience with IR platforms and applications such as S&P, Nasdaq, or other CRMs is a plus.
  • Minimum of 8 years of directly related experience; typically 10 to 15 years.
  • Experience navigating a complex and diverse environment and comfort interacting with team members at all levels.
  • Associate degree and/or higher education; specialized training or certification is preferred.

This role is located in Santa Rosa, CA and requires onsite presence five days a week. No remote work is offered.

Compensation and Benefits

California pay range: MIN $72,000 – Max $120,000. This role is eligible for Keysight Results Bonus Program. US employees may be eligible for the following benefits:
