Position Overview
As a Business Continuity Specialist in PNC’s Technology Security and Resilience organization, you will be based in Phoenix, AZ or Pittsburgh, PA. The role is an individual contributor responsible for monitoring and preparing comprehensive assessments related to day‑to‑day incidents and large‑scale events that could affect bank operations, including technology, natural, political, and economic hazards.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and review incidents or events, ensuring adherence to Business Resiliency and Business Continuity programs.
- Assess hazards, coordinate resources, and execute response plans for emergencies, disasters, and other events.
- Provide 24×7 support and collaborate with Enterprise Event Management and other response teams.
- Serve as a point of contact for designated response plans or a large business segment.
- Execute lifecycle stages: risk assessment, business impact analysis, recovery planning, testing, and continuity lifecycle execution.
- Partner with leaders on business continuity issues and recommend process automation or improvements.
- Conduct mandatory training, testing, and exercise workshops to advance the program.
- Maintain key risk and performance indicators at satisfactory levels.
- Develop materials and standard operating procedures for leadership approval.
- Lead enterprise incident response, performing real‑time assessment, triage, and escalation.
- Maintain situational awareness across all hazards and intelligence sources.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience. - Experience
: 2+ years of relevant professional experience; military service may be considered. - Preferred Skills
