Outbound Product Manager

The Outbound Product Manager owns go‑to‑market execution and adoption success for assigned products and initiatives. This role defines positioning, supports launch strategy, enables sales and customer‑facing teams, and gathers voice‑of‑customer insights to strengthen product‑market fit. The Outbound PM ensures cross‑functional readiness and monitors adoption performance post‑launch. Success is measured by launch effectiveness, adoption growth, and field enablement impact.

This role reports to the Director, Outbound Product Management.

• Develop and execute go‑to‑market plans for new products and strategic initiatives.
• Define and refine product positioning and messaging in collaboration with Marketing and Product.
• Lead cross‑functional GTM readiness planning across Sales, Marketing, Rev Ops, Customer Operations, and Support.
• Identify and engage target customers for early validation and beta participation; drive structured beta programs and customer validation efforts to ensure commercial viability.
• Monitor product adoption, usage trends, and revenue performance metrics; proactively identify growth opportunities, risks, and corrective actions.
• Serve as commercialization lead for strategic, high‑value deals and executive‑level customer engagements.
• Provide subject matter expertise for sales enablement, strategic deals, and customer engagements.
• Gather and synthesize customer and competitive intelligence to inform roadmap discussions.
• Mentor and guide Outbound Product Managers on best practices and GTM execution.

• 5+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or go‑to‑market roles within enterprise software or healthcare technology.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives in a matrixed organization.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret adoption and market performance data.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Experience leading GTM readiness planning across Sales, Marketing, Rev Ops, Customer Operations, and Support.
• Experience driving structured beta programs and customer validation initiatives.
• Experience supporting strategic, high‑value deals and executive‑level customer engagements.
• Ability to influence roadmap discussions through data‑driven market intelligence and competitive analysis.

• Experience commercializing enterprise SaaS or AI‑driven solutions.
• Experience working closely with Sales, Rev Ops, and Customer Success teams.
• Healthcare or post‑acute industry experience.
• MBA or equivalent business experience.

$120,000 - $142,000 a year
