Financial Analyst (Sales & Operations Analytics)

Our client is a leading owner and operator of manufactured housing communities nationwide, backed by a globally recognized investment firm and positioned for continued growth.

Our client is seeking a Finance Analyst to drive sales and operational reporting, with a focus on KPI tracking, performance analytics, and data-driven insights. This role partners closely with Sales, Operations, and Strategic Finance to analyze trends, improve visibility, and support key business decisions.

• Build and maintain KPI dashboards (leads, conversions, occupancy, etc.)
• Analyze large datasets to support reporting and ad hoc requests
• Deliver weekly/monthly performance reports to leadership
• Evaluate sales funnel performance and identify trends/bottlenecks
• Support forecasting, modeling, and variance analysis
• Partner cross-functionally to enhance reporting and insights

• 3–5 years of experience in finance, analytics, or sales reporting
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data modeling)
• Experience building KPI dashboards and working with large datasets
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills

• Experience in real estate or property-related industries
• Familiarity with sales funnel metrics and CRM data
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools

• Full-time, on-site in Phoenix, AZ
• High-visibility role with exposure to senior leadership
