Compensation: $100,000 – $125,000 base + bonus

What Makes This Role Exciting- Own and improve sales compensation programs at scale
- Get hands-on with plan design, modeling, forecasting, and analytics
- Be the go-to for commission accuracy and system integrity
- Influence leaders across Sales, Finance, and Strategy
- Work with leading tools like Xactly (or similar platforms)
- Design, model, and refine sales compensation and incentive plans
- Ensure timely, accurate commission payouts (no small task—and yes, it matters a lot)
- Analyze performance data to answer: “Are our incentives driving the right behaviors?”
- Build dashboards and reporting tools for visibility and ROI tracking
- Audit compensation data, troubleshoot discrepancies, and resolve issues proactively
Partner with cross-functional teams to align compensation with business strategy
Support system improvements and automation initiatives
Translate complex compensation logic into clear, digestible communication
The Must-Haves:
- 4+ years in sales compensation, incentive analysis, or commission operations
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, advanced formulas—your playground)
- Experience with Xactly (strongly preferred) or similar tools (Anaplan, Varicent, CaptivateIQ, SAP Commissions, etc.)
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and influence decisions
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience with large-scale comp plan design and governance
No degree required—your experience and impact matter more
