Responsibilities
- Support the CEO on strategic initiatives including market expansion, partnerships, and operational improvements.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling to inform business and growth decisions.
- Identify and evaluate new partnership and business development opportunities, including market mapping and outreach support.
- Assist in developing partnership materials, proposals, and executive-level presentations.
- Support pipeline tracking and coordination for key partnership and growth initiatives.
- Drive special projects across teams (Product, Operations, Finance, Sales) to support execution.
- Analyze internal data to identify growth opportunities, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Assist with investor materials, board decks, and internal communications.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution.
- Currently pursuing an MBA from a top-tier or accredited program.
- 2–5 years of prior experience in consulting, startups, finance, product, operations, or business development.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Interest in strategy, partnerships, and growth.
- Ability to work in ambiguous, fast‑paced environments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- High level of ownership, initiative, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint / Slide.
- Experience in strategy, consulting, or business development roles.
- Background in high‑growth startups or product‑driven environments.
- Familiarity with financial modeling, business analytics, or partnership processes.
- Direct exposure to the CEO and executive leadership team.
- Hands‑on experience solving high‑impact strategic and growth challenges.
- Exposure to both internal strategy and external partnership development.

- Compensation: $20/hour.
