As a Power & Energy Solutions Director, you will play a unique role in building solutions, strategy, and go-to-market approaches across Honeywell’s businesses in support of the Power and Energy Management segment. This role is intended for candidates who bring a strong technical background in power automation, energy controls, and industrial energy management, along with the organizational maturity to align multiple stakeholders, navigate a matrix environment, and develop and promote new offerings across business groups.

Your strategic synthesis, technical credibility, strong sales and communication skills, and ability to collaborate with cross-business teams will be essential in delivering successful outcomes for Honeywell's business.

You will report directly to our Vertical Leader, Energy Control and Management and you’ll work out of our Houston, TX location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will have broad accountability to take existing and emerging products from several segments of the Power and Energy business and synthesize them into campaigns focused on high-value strategic targets. You will be responsible for market research, VoC / segmentation, value proposition, product development, go-to-market, and critically, incremental revenue and margin growth for at least two different campaigns annually.

Success will require the ability to translate complex power automation capabilities into compelling customer offerings, build alignment across product, technology, sales, and regional teams, and influence decisions without direct authority in a matrixed organization.
