This is a full-time opportunity supporting software and process improvements within a business that serves financial institutions, lenders, real estate finance organizations, and related clients. The environment utilizes Agile methodologies alongside SQL, SSRS reporting, XML-based document solutions, and business process analysis tools.

Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of Business Analyst experience
Experience working in an Agile software development environment
Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
Experience creating user stories and acceptance criteria
Ability to facilitate discussions with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience with process mapping and workflow documentation
Functional testing, validation, or UAT experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Desired Skills & Experience
SQL query development
SSRS reporting experience
XML document generation solutions
Mortgage, lending, legal, title, or financial services industry experience
Product Owner or project coordination exposure
Experience identifying automation opportunities and process improvements
