Law Firm Intake Specialist

Most people who call us are scared, and they decide in the first few minutes whether we are the firm that can handle their case. You are that first voice. You answer the call, screen it against our criteria, capture the facts cleanly, and move the right callers toward a booked consultation — fast. This is an intake role with a conversion mandate.

You are not taking messages. You are the reason the right cases do not slip away. Callers who fit our criteria are screened accurately, entered into Lawmatics without gaps, and transferred or booked within minutes.

A measurable share of the people you speak with move forward to a consultation because of how you ran the call. This position is remote in Colombia.

• Answer every incoming call during designated hours. You are the firm's first impression.
• Screen each caller against our criteria — right practice area, the defendant (not a victim), able to move forward — and route everyone else cleanly.
• Capture accurate case and contact details and enter every lead into our CRM (Lawmatics) without gaps.
• Convert interest into action: book the consultation or execute a clean live transfer before the call ends.
• Run structured follow-up on callers who don't book the first time, working our sequences until they move forward or close out.
• Coordinate handoffs with the sales and legal team so nothing is dropped between intake and retainer.

• Bilingual — fluent in English and Spanish, spoken and written.
• Sales or conversion experience in a law firm — intake, client engagement, or case signing — with a record of turning inbound inquiries into booked appointments or signed clients.
• Command of the phone under pressure. Callers are often in crisis; you stay calm, clear, and in control.
• CRM proficiency and disciplined, accurate data entry across a high volume of calls.
• Strong written communication and the judgment to know what to ask and what to leave alone.
• Time management and independence — you own your day in a fully remote role.

• Located outside the United States. This is a remote, non-U.S. position.
• Direct experience with Lawmatics and/or MyCase.
• Familiarity with criminal defense intake or legal terminology.
• Experience with a structured sales method — discovery questions and booking the next step before the call ends.
• Comfort with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).

Compensation: $1,000 - $1,200 monthly
