- Lead a team of Development Coordinators and Construction Coordinators
- Oversee training, workflow, and adherence to company policies and procedures
- Manage project-related paperwork production for assigned portfolios
- Review executed leases, amendments, letter agreements, and other legal documents; extract key information and maintain organized job folders and tracking tools
- Implement, maintain, and enhance policies and procedures with the National Director
- Prepare, analyze, and manage reports
- Lead training, onboarding, and ongoing development of team members
- Monitor workload, prioritize assignments, and provide day-to-day guidance
- Review work output for quality, completeness, and compliance
- Prepare, issue, and track contractual paperwork and coordinate vendor certificates of insurance
- Process and track tenant reimbursement invoices and tenant allowances
- Process invoices, applications for payment, and retainage releases
- Manage new tenant and vendor setups
- Collaborate with Development, Construction, Accounting, and other teams to support project execution and resolve issues
- Support escalations, troubleshoot process issues, and identify continuous-improvement opportunities
- Assist with internal memorandums, notices, and letters
- Lead or participate in special projects and other assigned duties
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction administration or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, with a concentration in accounting, finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant work experience
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
- MRI experience is a plus
- Prior supervisory experience leading and developing a team
- Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills
- Highly detail-oriented, collaborative, and solution-focused
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, lead a team effectively, and drive results in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrates strong leadership and organizational capabilities while managing construction administration processes, including project paperwork, team development, and compliance oversight. Proficient in analyzing reports and collaborating across departments to drive project execution and continuous improvement.
