Overview
As Sprouts’ ecommerce business continues to expand, we are seeking a highly strategic and results-oriented leader to oversee our portfolio of third-party ecommerce partnerships and partner-driven initiatives. The Sr. Manager, Ecommerce Partner & Portfolio Management will lead a team responsible for managing and growing key strategic partners, including Instacart and its related solutions, Door Dash, Uber Eats, and future partnership opportunities.
This role serves as the primary leader for the day-to-day operating model of Sprouts' third-party ecommerce ecosystem. Responsible for cross-partner business performance, partner governance, contract administration, financial planning, marketing investment oversight, escalations, and partner-originated growth initiatives, this individual will ensure Sprouts maximizes the value of its strategic partnerships while maintaining alignment to broader ecommerce and company objectives.
The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen, financial expertise, partnership management experience, and people leadership skills. They are equally comfortable reviewing commercial agreements, analyzing complex performance trends, building executive-level business recommendations, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Overview of Responsibilities Portfolio Leadership- Own the performance and strategic direction of Sprouts' third-party ecommerce partnership portfolio, accountable for revenue growth, profitability, customer acquisition, and long-term partner value creation.
- Develop and maintain multi-year strategic partnership plans and growth roadmaps aligning partner investments and initiatives with Sprouts' customer, digital, and commercial objectives.
- Build and lead a high-performing partnership organization, establishing scalable operating models, talent strategies, and governance frameworks that support future ecommerce growth.
- Partner with Finance and Accounting teams to support planning, forecasting, accruals, reconciliations, invoice validation, and other partnership-related financial processes.
- Serve as the relationship owner for strategic ecommerce partners, influencing partner roadmaps, negotiating mutually beneficial growth opportunities, and resolving complex business issues impacting company performance.
- Lead or support contract administration, renewals, amendments, and negotiation preparation by evaluating commercial, financial, and operational impacts and partnering with Legal and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Lead executive business reviews with internal and external leaders, providing strategic recommendations that drive investment decisions, growth priorities and partnership direction.
- Establish and monitor performance KPIs across partners and drive accountability for achieving financial, customer, and operational targets.
- Own annual joint business planning with strategic partners, defining shared growth strategies, investment priorities, innovation roadmaps and measurable business outcomes.
- Oversee partner-funded marketing investments and promotional programs, ensuring investments are measured, optimized, and aligned with business objectives.
- Lead resolution of complex operational, customer, and partner escalations, driving root-cause analysis and sustainable process improvements.
- Evaluate industry, competitive, and marketplace trends to identify opportunities, risks, and emerging capabilities that support Sprouts' strategic objectives.
- Lead the evaluation, recommendation and execution of partner-driven opportunities, strategic investments, and emerging capabilities, developing business cases that influence executive decision-making and future growth strategies.
- Assess the financial, operational, and customer impact of new opportunities and develop recommendations to support decision making.
- Influence senior leaders across Digital, Marketing, Merchandising, Operations, Technology and Finance to align priorities, secure resources, and execute enterprise-wide ecommerce growth initiatives.
Travel up to 25%.
Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
- 8-10+ years of experience in ecommerce, partnership management, business development, account management, consulting, finance, or related disciplines.
- 4+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong business and financial acumen with experience in forecasting, budgeting, performance analysis, and business case development.
- Experience supporting commercial contract reviews, agreement management, and negotiation preparation.
- Proven ability to analyze complex business issues, identify opportunities, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Strong relationship management and influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility across internal stakeholders and external partners. A…
