Materials Program Manager
The Materials Program Manager plays a critical role in driving supply chain excellence and operational efficiency across the organization. This position serves as a strategic link between manufacturing, market dynamics, and business requirements, ensuring seamless alignment across all stages of product development and production. The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with a strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally, manage complex programs, and deliver innovative solutions that optimize cost, quality, and materials availability.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's or BS degree in supply chain, business or associated field with 2+ years of relevant industry experience or 6+ years of equivalent industry experience in place of a BS degree, per business needs.
- 2+ years in business intelligence tools, data modeling, and transformation.
- 2+ years in managing complex supplier relationships and drive operational strategies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Experience with AI and advanced analytics for problem-solving and process optimization.
- Proven ability to execute disciplined processes and deliver measurable results in a fast-paced environment.
- Adept at stakeholder management and fostering collaborative partnerships across diverse teams.
- Analytical mindset with experience in advanced data analysis to drive decision-making.

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
