Compensation$70/hour
CommitmentFlexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)

Qualifications- 4+ years designing corporate training, onboarding, or learning and development programs with direct ownership of facilitator guides and curriculum outlines
- Skilled at building engagement tracking spreadsheets and skills assessment rubrics that hold up to L&D and people-ops scrutiny
- Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail
