Role – Utility Business Analyst
Location – Phoenix, AZ – Hybrid (MST / PST Candidates) – 10+ years needed
Domain –experience supporting utility industry programs.
Successful candidate will have the ability to :- Drive effective collaboration between business and technology teams.
- Deliver high-quality requirements and process documentation.
- Improve operational efficiency through process optimization.
- Support successful implementation of utility transformation initiatives.
- Ensure projects meet business objectives, timelines, and quality expectations.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 7+ years of Business Analyst experience.
- 3+ years of experience supporting utility industry programs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Experience in UAT planning and execution, Data analysis and reporting, Change management support, Stakeholder engagement
- Expertise in process mapping tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or similar.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience facilitating workshops with business and executive stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Jira, Azure Dev Ops, Confluence, and SharePoint.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Any certifications like CBAP/CCBA/PMI-PBA will be an added advantage
