Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic partner to the VP, Head of Customer Engagement, providing insights and recommendations to support business performance and execution excellence.
- Lead business planning and strategic prioritization; translate objectives into actionable plans.
- Anticipate risks, dependencies, resource needs, and opportunities to support informed decision-making and accelerate execution.
- Drive alignment across field leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Lead and continuously evolve the Customer Engagement Rhythm of Business to strengthen governance, accountability, and operational effectiveness.
- Prepare for leadership forums, business reviews, and performance discussions with recommendations and decision support.
- Maintain an integrated view of Neuromuscular business priorities across initiatives and stakeholders.
- Use data, analytics, customer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and inform decisions.
- Lead complex cross-functional initiatives to improve commercial effectiveness, operational efficiency, customer engagement, and patient impact.
- Champion collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, and ethical/inclusive business practices.
- Bachelor’s degree (4-year).
- 10+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare or similar industries with large, geographically dispersed teams.
- Proven experience in strategic planning, business operations, commercial excellence, consulting, leadership support, or related business function.
- Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional initiatives and driving results in matrixed organizations.
- Experience in Neuromuscular, Rare Disease, Specialty, or other complex therapeutic areas.
- Experience in management consulting, business operations, commercial strategy, chief of staff, or execution leadership; business transformation/operational excellence initiatives.
- Salary expected: $185,500–$344,500/year; performance cash incentive; potential annual equity.
