Franchise Business Consultant

Amada Senior Care is seeking a Franchise Business Consultant to support owners in growing successful senior care franchises. In this role, you will advise franchisees on operations, care quality, and local market strategy while promoting our mission of compassionate in home care and senior housing guidance. You will analyze performance metrics, coach on staffing, compliance, and client service, and share best practices across the network.

Ideal candidates blend franchise or multi unit operations expertise with a passion for serving seniors, collaborative problem solving, and the ability to travel to support franchise locations.

Responsibilities

• Consult with franchise owners on operational best practices, staffing, and client service standards
• Review KPIs and financial performance to identify growth and efficiency opportunities
• Support implementation of systems, processes, and tools across franchise locations
• Ensure adherence to brand standards, policies, and non-medical care guidelines
• Provide training and coaching to franchise teams on sales, marketing, and care coordination
• Conduct periodic on-site and virtual visits to assess performance and action plans
• Collaborate with corporate teams to share field feedback and improve programs
• Assist franchisees with local market development, referrals, and community partnerships
