Senior Manager – Supplemental Health Strategic Partnerships

• Develop and maintain relationships with benefit administration, decision support, enrollment, technology, and emerging AI-enabled solution providers
• Conduct research, analysis, and business assessments to identify opportunities and support strategic decision-making
• Develop business cases, recommendations, presentations, and implementation plans
• Support evaluation, selection, implementation, and ongoing management of strategic third-party relationships
• Monitor partnership performance and recommend improvement, expansion, and optimization opportunities
• Influence stakeholders across business areas to align and execute strategic initiatives
• Liaise between internal teams and external partners to ensure business objectives are delivered
• Support business technology initiatives improving operational effectiveness, enrollment outcomes, and customer experience
• Coordinate with technology teams and vendors on system enhancements and integrations
• Support Salesforce-related business processes, including requirements gathering, user coordination, license management, and adoption
• Identify automation, process improvement, and reporting enhancement opportunities
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across partnership and operational reporting
• Evaluate market trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies for innovation and growth opportunities

• 7+ years of experience in business consulting, strategy, operations, partnership management, project management, or related fields
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives through influence and cross-functional collaboration
• Experience developing business cases, conducting strategic analysis, and implementing organizational solutions
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication, presentation, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience working with external vendors, partners, or third-party organizations
• Health & Life licensed
• Preferred: experience in health insurance, employee benefits, supplemental health, enrollment, or benefits administration environments
• Preferred: experience with enrollment platforms, benefit administration systems, decision support vendors, technology partners, or AI-enabled solution providers
• Preferred: experience supporting Salesforce or similar CRM-related business processes
• Preferred: working knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and data exchange processes
• Preferred: experience with APIs, vendor integrations, and technology implementation initiatives
