JobPurpose
BWH Hotels is seeking an experienced Sr. Director, Product Management – Hotel Experience to own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery of the technology products in this domain. This role serves as the single accountable technology partner to the Executive Committee (EC) leader for the function, translating business strategy into a prioritized product and delivery portfolio that produces measurable business value.
The Sr. Director, Product Management – Hotel Experience leads a team of product owners and project managers and directs engineering execution against prioritized business outcomes. This role blends product leadership, program and project management, and business-relationship management — setting direction, driving prioritization and value-based trade-off decisions, and ensuring initiatives are delivered on scope, on time, and on budget while advancing the enterprise’s move to a scalable, AI-enabled product operating model.
The role is accountable for the on-property technology portfolio that drives hotel operating efficiency and the guest on-property experience, with a focus on consolidating on-property platforms. The role enables us to maximize net promoter scores, drive loyalty engagement on property, and increase hotelier satisfaction. The enterprise KPIs most closely tied to the role are Overall (Guest) Experience and the Member Satisfaction Score.
Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & RoadmapOwn the vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for the product portfolio, aligned to Executive Committee priorities and the enterprise strategy.
Develop a deep understanding of business goals, guest needs, and market and technology trends to inform priorities and proactively propose new solutions.
Establish roadmaps and release plans that satisfy requirements and achieve measurable business outcomes; continuously monitor product performance and champion improvements.
Drive prioritization and trade-off decisions tied to business value and return on investment.
Align investment and team capacity to the highest-value outcomes; sequence and balance the backlog across competing demands.
Manage investment decisions and product finances, maximizing value while minimizing cost, and surface trade-offs transparently to stakeholders.
Own end-to-end delivery of key initiatives— from concept through launch, adoption, and value realization.
Direct engineering execution against prioritized business outcomes; guide teams to scope, plan, and deliver work using agile methods and established best practices (e.g., reusability).
Proactively identify and remove blockers, dependencies, and risks — including technical and resourcing challenges.
