The Senior Director, Strategic Product Solutions, will own solution strategy and value stream alignment for an assigned portfolio within the ME&T Product organization. This role acts as the senior subject‑matter authority on portfolio strategy, market landscape, and industry trends — defining solution scope, sequencing, and investment priorities, and building the long‑term vision, business cases, and ROI models that guide where Zelis invests next.

The role partners in a matrixed model across Product Management & Delivery, Product Operations, Strategy, Commercialization, and external stakeholders to shape and deliver high‑impact solutions for members, clients, and the business.

Strategic Product Solutions is one of three core functions within the ME&T Product organization, alongside Product Management & Delivery and Product Operations, Readiness & Optimization. This function defines the strategy of what we build and why — aligning product investments to market opportunities, customer needs, and enterprise strategy, and translating that strategy into roadmap direction in close partnership with Product Management & Delivery.
