Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Project Manager to join their team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be an integral part of the Program Management Office supporting large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives. * ** What's the Job?*
* + Lead and coordinate the end-to-end testing strategy for a large enterprise transformation program.

+ Drive alignment across multiple teams including product, technology, operations, and finance to ensure seamless execution.

+ Establish and manage comprehensive testing plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.

+ Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to clarify testing requirements and go-live expectations.

+ Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues across various work streams to maintain program health.

** What's Needed?*
* + 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, or related roles within enterprise environments.

+ Proven ability to coordinate complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and teams.

+ Experience developing and managing testing strategies, schedules, dependencies, and execution plans.

+ Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.

+ Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and working closely with technical teams.
