Job Description
Job Title: Direct Care Staff - Group Home (Boys Ages 6-18)
Location: Multiple openings in the following zip codes: 85339, 85304, 85053, 85345, 85027
Job Type: Full-time & Part-time Various shifts available (weekends, evenings, overnights)
About the Role
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Direct Care Staff to work with boys ages 6-18 in a structured group home setting. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with children in a group home environment and a strong commitment to providing a safe, supportive, and positive atmosphere.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Prior experience working with children in a group home setting (required)
- Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (required)
- Valid Arizona Driver's License with 5-year driving record
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
Certifications:
- First Aid & CPR
- CPI or Prevention & Support Training
Compensation:
- Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour (based on experience)
