Our client is a rapidly expanding force in the civil construction industry—and they’re not slowing down. With a pipeline stacked with multi-million dollar projects across the region, they’re looking for a Heavy Civil Project Manager who’s ready to take ownership, lead high-performing teams, and help build some of the most complex and transformative civil work in the region.

About the Client:

This is a true contractor—the kind that gets called when things get tough, the ground gets rough, and the schedule gets tight. Known for precision execution, strong safety culture, and rock-solid delivery, they’ve earned a reputation for building everything heavy civil, including:

• Major highway & DOT projects
• Deep underground utility systems
• Mass grading & excavation
• Retaining walls, drainage systems & structural concrete

The Role:

This is not a sit-back-and-watch job. You’ll be the engine behind the project—driving field operations, leading subs, coordinating with engineers and owners, and making million-dollar decisions daily.

Lead and mentor superintendents, foremen, and crews
