This is a full-time, on-site role for a Civil Construction Estimator based in Phoenix, AZ. The Civil Construction Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and budgets for upcoming and ongoing construction projects. This role involves collaborating with project managers, analyzing project requirements, and ensuring adherence to project standards and guidelines. Additional responsibilities may include assessing project risks and providing detailed reporting to support decision-making processes.

• Proficiency in Construction Estimating and Quantity Take-offs
• Strong skills in Cost Management and Budgeting
• Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders
• Attention to detail and ability to analyze plans and specifications
• Proficiency in construction estimation software and tools
• Understanding of local construction standards, codes, and regulations is a plus
• Prior experience as an estimator or in the construction industry is an advantage
