We are looking for an accomplished Construction Project Manager to lead industrial, warehouse, and tilt-wall construction projects throughout the Phoenix market. This position is responsible for driving projects from preconstruction planning through final turnover, with full accountability for safety, quality, schedule, and financial performance.
The Project Manager will work closely with ownership groups, design partners, field leadership, and trade partners to ensure projects are executed efficiently and meet all contractual and operational objectives.
Primary Responsibilities- Direct and oversee industrial, warehouse, and tilt-wall projects from conceptual planning through project closeout
- Establish and manage project budgets, schedules, scopes of work, and all required reporting and documentation
- Procure, manage, and evaluate subcontractors and suppliers to ensure performance aligns with project goals
- Collaborate with Superintendents and field staff to track site progress, enforce safety standards, and maintain quality control
- Perform routine site visits to verify work complies with plans, specifications, and applicable building codes
- Anticipate potential project risks and implement solutions to avoid cost overruns and schedule delays
- Prepare and deliver project status reports for company leadership and project stakeholders
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and municipal authorities
- Ensure projects adhere to company procedures, safety programs, and industry best practices
- Support project closeout activities including punch lists, inspections, and final documentation
- At least 5 years of experience managing industrial, warehouse, commercial, or tilt-wall construction projects
- Demonstrated success controlling budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance
- Strong working knowledge of tilt-wall construction techniques, structural systems, and industrial building practices
- Excellent leadership abilities with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with construction management platforms and Microsoft Office applications
