Senior Crushing Superintendent

We are looking for a Heavy Civil Superintendent with a long suit in crushing in Phoenix, Arizona ready to take their career to the next level. A leading regional Heavy Highway/Heavy Civil needs a a leader to head their recycling division!

This opportunity will manage our client's, crushing recycled concrete and asphalt division with a stationary and a portable crusher in the Phoenix Valley. Must have 7+ years in a supervisory role within the aggregate production industry.

• Up to $140K-$170K + DOE

Expertise in Heavy Civil/Highway construction

7+ years’ experience leading a production aggregate production and/or recycling concrete plant crew.

Paving & Grading Experience is a plus

Exposure to excavation and underground utilities is a plus

Open to minimal travel around Arizona as needed.

• Oversee daily operations at the crushing facility, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards.
• Manage project scheduling and budgeting, utilizing construction management software to track progress.
• Supervise crushing teams, providing leadership and guidance on production
• Collaborate with contractors and stakeholders to maintain effective communication and resolve issues promptly.
