Salary: $120,000–$150,000 per year.
We are seeking an experienced estimator to join our dynamic team. This role will involve working on a variety of commercial construction projects, ensuring accurate cost estimation, and contributing to project success.

Responsibilities
Preparing detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects, from preliminary to final estimates.Analyzing architectural drawings and specifications to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.Consulting with clients, vendors, personnel in other departments, and construction foremen to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues.Conducting special studies to develop and establish standard hour and related cost data or to effect cost‑reduction.Reviewing material and labor requirements to determine cost‑effective production or purchase of components.Preparing reports and presentations to explain estimates and proposals.Working closely with project managers and other team members to ensure estimates are accurate and projects stay within budget.Monitoring industry trends and pricing to keep the company competitive.Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience as a commercial construction estimator.Proven experience in construction estimation.Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.Proficiency in relevant estimation and project management software.Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred.If you are a dedicated professional with a passion for construction and a knack for numbers, we would love to hear from you.
