Role Description

The Masonry Estimator is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Phoenix, AZ. The role involves preparing accurate cost estimates for masonry‑related projects, analyzing project requirements, reading and interpreting blueprints, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure project goals and budget alignment. The estimator will work closely with the project management team, vendors, and clients to provide detailed bids, assess materials, and develop project timelines.

Maintaining attention to detail and ensuring clear communication will be key to success in this role.

Qualifications
  • Proficient knowledge and experience in Masonry, Cement application, and Stonework techniques.
  • Expertise in Brickwork and Renovation, with a strong understanding of building and repair processes.
  • Ability to analyze blueprints, assess project scope, and calculate accurate cost estimates.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills to work effectively with contractors, vendors, and clients.
  • Prior experience in the construction or masonry industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency with estimating software and familiarity with construction management tools.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in construction, architecture, or engineering are a plus.
