As the Underground Utilities Superintendent you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe project site by enforcing compliance with safety regulations. Collaborating with estimators and project managers, you will ensure optimal efficiency and profitability through a deep understanding of project plans and scopes. Your responsibilities include preparing schedules, exceeding labor production estimates, and keeping stakeholders informed of progress. You will match employees and equipment efficiently, interact with subcontractors and vendors, and make personnel‑related decisions—all as part of your day‑to‑day tasks.

• Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in underground utilities or civil construction.
• Preference for experience with large‑diameter, deep underground pipes.
• Ability to travel extensively across the United States.
• Proficiency with construction industry software such as HCSS, Excel, and Word.
• Proven organizational and planning capabilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
