Industry: Commercial Construction – Multi-Unit Residential & Hospitality (B2R)
Key Responsibilities- Assist Project Manager with day-to-day project coordination
- Manage RFIs, submittals, and shop drawing reviews
- Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with contract documents
- Track procurement schedules and material deliveries
- Assist in cost control and budget tracking
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors
- Attend project meetings and document meeting minutes
- Support scheduling efforts and update project timelines
- Assist with quality control and site inspections
- Ensure all documentation aligns with safety and compliance standards
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (REQUIRED)
- 1–3 years of experience with a General Contractor preferred
- Experience on multi-family, condo, hotel, or hospitality projects strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of construction documents and specifications
- Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction software
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Competitive salary up to $85,000
