You play a critical role in strengthening connections with customers and securing profitable commercial construction projects for our company. Attentive to every last detail, you review documents such as drawings, material pricing sheets, blueprints, and schedules. You work with clients, contractors, and owners to generate accurate cost estimates and create detailed bid proposals. By thoroughly analyzing documentation and accounting for potential risks, you show the client why we're the best choice for the job!

• 2+ years of commercial construction estimating experience
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret blueprints, contracts, and government regulations
• Ability to develop your industry knowledge and willingness to participate in on-the-job training
