Seeking an experienced Preconstruction Leader to oversee estimating and design coordination for heavy civil and infrastructure projects. This role is critical in shaping project success from concept through construction by developing budgets, schedules, and execution strategies in collaboration with operations, design teams, and clients. Offers high visibility and influence across early project development.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
- 8+ years in preconstruction, estimating, or project management within heavy civil/infrastructure/design-build
- Expertise in self-perform operations: concrete, earthwork, utilities, mechanical systems
- Strong collaboration skills with owners, designers, and field teams
- Proficient in HCSS, P6, Bluebeam, Excel
- Proven leadership in budgeting, proposals, and early-phase planning
