Renewyx has partnered with an established commercial construction contractor to appoint a Construction Estimator in Phoenix. This role involves shaping competitive and accurate bids for a contractor with a healthy pipeline and a reputation for backing its preconstruction function.
ResponsibilitiesYou will prepare detailed estimates from takeoff through to bid submission, managing quantity takeoffs, scope pricing, and subcontractor coverage. You will partner closely with preconstruction and operations to convert estimates into awarded projects.
Qualifications- Minimum of five years estimating ground‑up commercial construction
- Comprehensive quantity takeoff and conceptual estimating expertise
- Proven ability to manage subcontractor and vendor pricing
- Strong grasp of bid strategy, scope review, and buyout handoff
- Proficiency with takeoff and estimating software such as Procore, On‑Screen Takeoff, or Bluebeam

- Strong project pipeline with clear progression
