Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Manager or Quantity Surveyor to interact directly with clients on large-scale data center construction projects. This remote position requires candidates to have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as 6-7 years of relevant experience in cost management. You will be responsible for estimating, negotiating, and managing costs through all project phases.
Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and preferably be RICS accredited. Strong expertise in construction methods and project management is essential.
