  • Apply field knowledge to develop constructible models that reflect real‑world installation practices.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field supervisors to ensure models meet project and installation standards.
  • Identify and resolve constructability issues during the modeling phase to prevent delays or rework.
  • Produce shop drawings, installation sheets, and fabrication sheets for use in the field.
  • Participate in clash detection and coordination meetings to improve project integration.
  • Ensure model integrity and maintain compliance with BIM standards and project‑specific requirements.
Who You Are

You’re an experienced tradesperson—ideally with a background in electrical construction—ready to apply your expertise to a design‑focused role. You thrive in a collaborative environment, communicate clearly, and take ownership of your work while supporting the success of the entire team. You are detail‑oriented, adaptable, and committed to producing accurate, constructible models that make field installation more efficient and error‑free.

Qualifications
  • Field experience in construction (Electrical or Mechanical), with strong knowledge of installation methods, materials, and processes.
  • Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, or AutoCAD (preferred).
  • Ability to interpret construction documents, specifications, and submittals, and visualize the completed installation.

  • Effective communicator who collaborates well with managers, engineers, field supervisors, and clients.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, workflows, and industry best practices.
  • Constructive contributor who speaks up, shares knowledge, and anticipates challenges before they arise.
