The Fordy Group has partnered with a leading General Contractor to appoint an experienced Construction Superintendent to deliver major ground-up healthcare projects across the Phoenix area.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected builder with a strong pipeline of complex healthcare work, ranging from $25M to $100M in value.
The RoleAs Superintendent, you will take full ownership of on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll play a key leadership role coordinating subcontractors, managing site logistics, and driving project execution from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities- Lead all on-site construction activities for ground-up healthcare projects
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel
- Maintain project schedules and proactively resolve delays
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and compliance standards
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Owners, and Consultants
- Conduct regular site meetings and progress reporting
- Oversee quality control and inspections throughout the build
- Proven experience as a Superintendent on ground-up healthcare projects
- Track record delivering projects in the $25M–$100M range
- Strong knowledge of healthcare construction standards and regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage complex, fast-paced job sites
- Preferred: Local to Phoenix, AZ
- Also considered: Traveling Superintendents open to project-based assignments
